"Psychology: Theory and Practice" is a blind peer review scientific journal of Developmental Disorders Post-Graduation Program and Graduation on Psychology of Center for Health and Biological Sciences, Mackenzie Presbyterian University, São Paulo, Brazil . It is a vehicle of scientific diffusion that aims to publish original articles in Psychology and with its interfaces in related fields. It is accepted:

a) original articles based on empirical data,

b) theoretical articles with critical analyzes of current issues,

c) systematic review articles

d) articles of clinical cases,

e) articles on professional experience reports,

f) brief research reports,

g) book reviews.

It is a quarterly published journal that adopts the APA rules according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edition, American Psychological Association (6th Ed.). (2012). Manual de publicação da APA (D. Bueno & M. L. T. Nunes). Porto Alegre: Penso).
