Abstract

DERZI, Carla de Abreu Machado. The Purpose of Nagiko's writing in the film "The Pillow Book". Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2016, vol.38, n.35, pp.99-111. ISSN 1413-6295.

It is from the approximation of cinema to our psychological functioning that this paper proposes to listen to the purpose of Nagiko's writing in the film "The Pillow Book". This film is characterized by images and text, in which the first traumatic scene determines Nagiko's symptom. The symptom of writing on the body of lovers or lending her body as if it were paper leads to think both in body writing since its origin, and in a body which manifests itself in writing. Nagiko thus shows her invented solutions, trying to veil what is really at stake.

Keywords : Writing; Symptom; Trauma; Letter; Signifier.
