Abstract

PERROTTA, Claudia Mazini. BETWEEN THE LINES OF CREATING. Constr. psicopedag. [online]. 2024, vol.34, n.35, pp.6-19.  Epub June 24, 2024. ISSN 1415-6954.  https://doi.org/10.37388/cp2024/v34n3503.

The objective of this article is to present a psychoanalytic clinical practice in the field of writing that dialogues with authors who address the implications of creative processes in the psychic constitution. The importance of potential workspaces is highlighted, in which the emotional partnership between therapist and patient can sustain concerns generated in the face of the need and desire to write. Based on the thesis “Creative processes in the therapeutic space of writing: a dialogue with D.W. Winnicott, Clare Winnicott, and Marion Milner” (Perrotta, 2014), it also brings as a reference to the concept of the analytical third, by Thomas Ogden and aspects of the work of Christopher Bollas and Marion Milner. The clinical episode shared here allows us to affirm the need for the therapist to re-present the written cultural object, enabling new experiences in the field of communication and enhancing the materialization of wordings invested with personality.

Keywords : creative processes; psychoanalysis; written language; analytic third.
