^lpt^aO presente artigo relata a implementação de atendimento psicológico a adolescentes com prática infracional e que chegaram ao serviço de recepção, triagem e abrigamento de uma Delegacia do Adolescente e Centro de Sócio-Educação. O principal objetivo foi de proporcionar recepção diferenciada ao adolescente acolhido pela instituição, através de uma intervenção psicológica focal, procurando promover reflexões sobre o ato infracional e diminuição de comportamentos disfuncionais relacionados à ansiedade e estado depressivo. Os resultados demonstraram boa adesão dos adolescentes à proposta e minimização dos comportamentos principalmente relacionados à ansiedade. Este tipo de modalidade de intervenção ocupa um espaço estratégico, localizado entre o momento da infração e as consequencias do ato infracional, indo ao encontro das premissas do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente e promovendo espaços de reflexão e diálogo com estes jovens^len^aThe present paper reports the implementation of psychological support to teenagers with offensive behavior going through the reception, selection and sheltering services of a Police Office for Teenagers and a Center for Social Education. The main objective was to provide a different type of reception to the teenager accepted by the institution through a focal psychological intervention, aiming at promoting reflections on the offensive behavior and a decrease in dysfunctional behaviors related to anxiety and depression. Results showed good adherence by the teenagers to the proposal and minimization of those behaviors, especially those related to anxiety. This type of intervention stands as strategic, placed between the moment of offense and its consequences, by fulfilling the premises of the Child and Adolescent Statute and promoting reflection and dialogue among these youngsters
