MAGALHAES, Priscila Melillo de. Precarious Life: the unbearable and the possible in culture and psychoanalytic clinic. Cad. psicanal. [online]. 2020, vol.42, n.43, pp.161-169. ISSN 1413-6295.
From the assertion that we live in a precarious world, the article seeks to highlight the experience of precariousness as a positive value of searching and creating new possibles. From Deleuze it takes the notions of exhaustion of the possible connected to a "deception" that leads to an affective mutation in which this deception becomes the affirmation of the unbearable. It is the unbearable that announces the exhaustion of the possible. Confronting the experiences of unbearable in culture, analyzed by Judith Butler and Jacques Derrida with clinical experiences with the unbearable, seeks to give consistency to the Deleuzian assertion that the possible is not what can happen; the possible is created by the happening, it arrives by the happening and not the inverse, thus revealing a bend or a resonance. Between the fields of culture and the clinic, between macropolitics and micropolitics.
