Social skills training (SST) is an approach that develops social skills in individuals by leveraging their internal resources. This research aims to understand the studies that proposed SST with adolescents in social vulnerability. The method used was an integrative literature review, guide PRISM. Empirical scientific articles were sought. The accessed databases were CAPES, Scopus, IBECS, and LILACS with the descriptors social skills, adolescent, and social vulnerability obtained from DeCS.bvs with Boolean AND operator. Survey conducted in October 2021. Two articles were included according to the eligibility criteria. The literature review showed the need to work on more studies on the effectiveness of SST with adolescents with social vulnerability. These new studies must show social vulnerabilities experienced by the adolescent in connection with the training of social skills alleviating vulnerability and preventing social risks. This research points out improvements in the process evaluation and identification of deficits and potentials in the social skills of adolescents, as well as barriers to the implementation of interventions.
