The aim of this paper is to propose a reflection on the experience of reading/interpretation from my reading of the work of Israeli writer Amós Oz, De Amor e Trevas. Experience is understood as an affectation of the subject that precedes the interpretation and determines the construction of the meaning of the work and of the subject itself.
