A short essay on the theme of destiny and freedom in the life and work of the poet Fernando Pessoa. Biographical aspects, such as the excuses for ending a relationship and the construction of the idea of fado and free will in the life of the author and the creation of his literary characters called heteronyms, his dedication to astrology and the function of fable in the author who I would find in the cigarette and in the pretense the "liberation of all thoughts".
