This article is the result of the monograph of the post-graduate course in Institutional Psychopedagogy and Socio-emotional Education, held at Centro Universitario Sumaré and concluded in 2019. In this research there was a concern to define the theoretical bases and the practical application of the institutional psychopedagogical diagnosis in a systemic approach. This, having a dialectical character, serves to understand the causes from some observed symptoms of learning difficulties and to seek relevant interventions that bring balance to the development and learning processes in the educational institution.
