This investigation was directed to design a program director for the students of the counselling mention that promotes its personal development, in agreement with the profile of the race, emphasizing the own generics competitions of counselor and using as theoretical sustenance the approach of competitions of Hay Group and the LUZ' directors programs. Investigation was nonexperimental, of field, transeccional, multi-variety of characteristics; the population is conformed for 17 professors and 110 students, by means of a population census. The data took shelter using two questionnaires with opened questions, for students and professors. Like result, the students show the necessity to develop inherent personal competitions to the rol of the counselor, like: acceptance unconditional, communication, tie, handling of groups and conflicts, self-knowledge, and motivation; agreeing with the professors in related to self-knowledge and motivation. The professors thought that he is due to reinforce, the partner-emotional development of the students. For it they proposed to make academic activities such as: coexistence factories, Cinema-Forum; to char them educative, reflective readings; among others. In order to conclude, it is inferred that it is pertinent to create a program director to approaches the partner-emotional development of the students from the transversalidad; being recommendable to present/display the proposal to the training professors and to elaborate the program director "Promotion of the human development.
