This article discusses, from an experience of trainee in the clinic of Fundação Hemominas, about the importance of the payment in the psychoanalytical treatment, considering that in a public institution the treatment can and must has its worth. Over there, it also comments how the money exceed the register of necessity and obtains others aspects in all the treatment and institution, showing the importance of how the psycoanalyst handle and conduct the case.
