This article presents the results of research conducted with the records files of NUPSI, Clinical-school of the Psychology Major at PUC Minas / Betim. The research aimed at describing the profile of the users and identifying the prevailing demands. As a quantitative, qualitative and documental study, the data was gathered in a form specifically built for this purpose in a random sample of the stored set of records since 2004. The NUPSI serves a population that is mainly female, presents low income and there is a high volume of children and adolescents. It was found that emotional difficulties and learning difficulties constitute the main reason for the search for psychological care.
