Based on an artistic career marked by research into self-representation and the use of documents in the contemporary scene, the author proposes a reflection on the intersections between art and psychoanalysis and the elaboration of trauma through creative processes. If, on the one hand, artistic language proves to be a fertile territory for the intertwining of personal experience and poetic creation, touching on the boundary between art and life - so dear to contemporary art - on the other hand, the inflation of the poetics of the self, based on a regime of extimacy and a certain imperative of transparency of identities, requires an effort of critical revision in the face of an exhaustion that is not only formal but also subjective.
